該系列隔膜泵是目前國內最新穎的一種泵類。對于各種腐蝕性液體、帶顆粒、高粘度、易揮發、易燃、易爆、劇毒的液體、陶瓷釉漿、果漿、膠水、油輪倉底油回收、臨時倒罐等液體均能予以抽光吸盡。其性能參數與德國的WLLDENPUMPS、美國的MARIOWPUMPS相近。泵體過流部件材質采用不銹鋼、鋁合金、鑄鐵，隔膜根據不同液體分別采用丁睛橡膠、氟橡膠、氯丁橡膠及聚四氟乙烯四種。
QBY系列氣動隔膜泵，采用壓縮空氣、蒸汽、工業廢氣為動力源，吸程7m，揚程0-50m，流量0.8-30m3/h無級可調。
DBY電動泵采用Y、YB電機為動力源，吸程3-5m，揚程30m，流量0.5-20m3/h。
This series of diaphragm pump is a latest model now at home. It is suitable for various corrosive, highly viscid, volatile, inflammable, explosive and virulent liquid, liquid containing grains, enamel slurry, mashed fruit and glue, and can pump completely in the recovery of bottom oil in oil tankers and temporary tank emptying etc. Its performance parameters are close to Germany WLLDENPUMPS and US MARIOWPUMPS. The flow components in pump body are made of stainless steel, aluminium alloy or cast iron. Diaphragm can be made of NBR, VITON, CR or PTFE according to different liquid.
QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air, steam or industrial waste gas as source of power, suction head 7m, delivery head 0-50m, and flow 0.8-30m3/h of stepless adjustment.
DBY electric pump uses Y or YB motor as source of power, suction head 3-5m, delivery head 30m, and flow 0.5-20m3/h. |
